Service

BySomar, operated by Rolland Hairtrends NC, provides business software for customer communication, relationship management, products, and orders.

Authorized use

Customers must use the service lawfully, maintain appropriate permissions for customer communication, protect account access, and follow applicable platform policies, including Meta and WhatsApp requirements when those integrations are enabled.

Customer control

Customers control which business accounts and communication services they connect. BySomar does not automatically migrate, replace, or disconnect a customer’s existing telephone number or WhatsApp Business application.

Availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but features may change and availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, third-party platform changes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Responsible automation

Automated features must be monitored by authorized users. Customers remain responsible for messages, offers, customer consent, and decisions made using the service.
