Request deletion

An authorized business administrator may request deletion of its BySomar account data through the verified Rolland Hairtrends NC business contact channels. Include the business name and the email address used for the Somar administrator account. Never include a password, access token, or verification code.

Customer records

If you are an individual who communicated with a business using Somar, contact that business directly. The business controls its customer records and can evaluate your request under applicable law.

What happens next

We will verify the requester’s authority, identify data subject to legal or security retention, and confirm eligible deletion. Connected third-party services may require a separate request through their own settings.

Disconnecting Meta access

Users may also review or remove app permissions through their Facebook settings. Removing permissions stops future access but may not automatically delete information already retained for legitimate or legal purposes.
